Booking a course

Courses can be booked online or by contacting us directly on 01455251020 or [email protected].

Provisional bookings for in house course can be made by phone (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm) or by email to [email protected]. These bookings must be confirmed by payment of a £50 deposit and provision of copies of relevant qualifications. All bookings will be acknowledged by email, with directions. Start and end times of courses, lunch arrangements and other details will be in the letter of acceptance.

Course Cancellation Policy

In house courses only – if you are unable to attend a course for any reason, the following will apply:

  • Cancellations giving over 14 days notice will receive a refund or be transferred to another course less a £10 cancellation fee
  • Cancellation within 14 days will automatically forfeit 50% of the total fee
  • Non attendees on the day of the course will lose the full amount of the course.
  • If the Academy cancels a course, the fees will be refunded or the students transferred to a new date with no penalties.

For distance and e-learning courses – once the course has been applied for, paid in full and sent then there is no option to cancel. If you are dissatisfied with the course at any point then please contact the academy directly.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Processing and Delivery – distance learning

Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24 hours during the working week. Orders are sent to your delivery address and may take as long as 5 working days to reach you. If you will be out during the day then please inform us of an address of where the parcel may be sent. Carriers will now only try to re-deliver your parcel to you once after a failed attempt before returning it to us. Should your parcel be returned to us then you will be contacted and you will be charged for re-delivery.

Please carefully check your parcel on receipt for damages and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or replace after this period. Our postage charges are £3.99 (up to 500g) and £5.99 (over 500g) or free for orders over £45 to mainland UK and are calculated individually for overseas orders.

Course Expiry and Timings

All courses must be completed with 3 years of enrolment. If this time surpasses we can discuss the possibility of refresher training to avoid restarting, this will be assessed on a case by case basis and can not be guaranteed as an option. All student records will be destroyed after 6 years of no contact.
