Description
Crystals & Aromatherapy – CPD – 6 points (IFPA) / 5 points (FHT)
Crystals & Aromatherapy – History is rich with stories about the mystical and magical powers of crystals. Many of the earlier civilisations, such as the Mayan, Aztec, Egyptian, Chinese, Celtic, African and Native American tribes, have all used crystals and gemstones in elaborate ceremonies and healing practices. The main aim of crystal healing is to help balance the body, mind and spirit and also the environment in which we live and work. When the body becomes out of balance we become ill. Think of the body like an orchestra. If one instrument becomes out of tune the whole orchestra will be affected. Think of the crystal as a tuning fork that resonates at a frequency that helps that instrument to retune.

What to Wear?
Students at the Academy are encouraged to be relaxed and at ease. For this reason, it is recommended loose comfortable trousers and tops are worn that enable easy movement and do not restrict the body. All loose tops and shirts should be tucked in to prevent ‘trailing’ on the client for practical courses. Shoes should be flat-heeled and comfortable.
